Trauma Healing Groups

A Bible-Based Approach to Healing Emotional and Spiritual Wounds

Healing Groups

At Circle of Care, we believe in the power of healing through community, compassion, and faith. Our Trauma Healing Groups offer a safe, structured space where individuals can begin to process deep emotional and spiritual wounds using a Bible-centred approach developed by the Trauma Healing Institute.

This is not a counselling service—it is not therapy in the clinical sense. Rather, it is a faith-based group facilitation model that helps individuals explore their trauma, grief, and loss through Scripture, storytelling, art, and reflective conversation. Our goal is to bring healing to the heart, using tools grounded in both biblical truth and proven mental health principles.

Our Facilitators

Our care team includes Master Facilitators and Advanced Practitioners who have undergone extensive training and certification by the Trauma Healing Institute. They bring not only professional excellence but also deep compassion, cultural understanding, and years of experience working diverse communities.

We are proud that many of our team members have contributed to the translation, adaptation, and contextualization of trauma healing resources in multiple Ethiopian languages, ensuring that the healing journey is accessible, relatable, and respectful of local culture.
